Refer a friend

The best thing you can give a friend is fewer waiting rooms.

Most members find their way to MyPromise through someone they trust. If that's you, we'd like to thank you the way it actually counts — with a credit on your next month, and a starter perk for the friend you sent.

How it works

Three steps. Both of you win.

No tracking pixels embedded in your text messages. No "tell five friends" pyramid. Just a clean link, a clean credit, and a clean review for the person you sent.

1

Share your link.

Pull your code from the dashboard or copy the personal referral link below. Send it the way you'd actually send anything — text, email, voice memo, written on a coffee napkin.

2

They take the eligibility review.

Your friend completes the same twelve-minute intake every member starts with. A licensed clinician reviews it and either recommends a protocol or tells them honestly that we're not the right fit.

3

You both get a perk.

If they begin a protocol, $50 lands as a credit on your next membership cycle, and they get $50 off their first month. We post the credit within seven days.

Posted to your membership within seven days of your friend's first shipment. Stackable up to four credits per cycle.

For them

$50 off their first month.

Applied at checkout once their clinician approves a protocol. Their eligibility review remains free, as it is for everyone.

Common questions

What members ask before sending the link.

Is my friend's information shared with me when they sign up?
No. Your dashboard only shows that a referral converted, with the date and the credit amount — never their name, treatment, or any clinical information. Their care is private to them, the way yours is private to you.
How many people can I refer?
As many as you'd like. Credits are stackable up to four in a single billing cycle. Beyond that, they roll forward to the following cycle so nothing expires while you're paying it forward.
What if my friend isn't eligible for a protocol?
Then they aren't charged anything — eligibility reviews are always free — and no credit is issued, because no protocol began. We'd rather match the perk to a real outcome than gamify the intake.
Can I refer a family member who shares my insurance or address?
Yes, with one quiet exception. We don't issue a referral credit between accounts that share a payment method — it isn't a referral; it's a household. Everything else (a sibling, a parent, a partner with their own card) is welcome.
Ready when you are

A promise is just a plan with a witness.

Take the twelve-minute eligibility review. A licensed clinician will read your intake, recommend a protocol — or tell you honestly that we're not the right fit. Either way, you'll know within a day.
